Cycle Day 3 - August 31st, 2011

Hello,

Can you believe that it is the last day of August?!

It looks like I may end up with an early 'cue peak' trend since I had such a high oral reading on CD 2. Even if I have a lower oral reading tomorrow (lower than 165, that is) I don't expect to see my fertile window populate yet. It would be very, very early (too early!) for my body to select the dominant follicle yet. I expect to see my 'cue peak' on or around CD 6 or so. How did I come up with that number?

26 (cycle length) - 14 (average luteal phase length) - 6 (average fertile window) = 6

Now, I know that we don't always have a 14 day luteal phase, and not all of our bodies take 6 days to mature and rupture the selected follicle, but this is a great way to estimate when my 'cue peak' may occur.

CD 2 = Oral 165 (White - Not Fertile)
CD 3 = Oral 123 (White - Not Fertile)
