Cycle Day 23 - 12/27/2010

Welcome Back!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday! I sure did - unfortunately, it seemed just a little too short! Luckily, the time spent was nice and relaxing. We spent Christmas evening up at our neighbors with a big group of friends and decided to stray from the traditional Christmas ham and had a Mediterranean themed dinner. It was wonderful!

Well, we are slowly approaching a new cycle again...here is an update of my readings over the weekend.

My vaginal readings are remaining elevated - all is well!

I've had a couple more ladies email me to share their raw data. I think I'll utilize this week to post their data....since the remainder of my cycle won't be too exciting!

I do have a user tip I'd like to pass along today:

Now, the OvaCue does have a limitation of how much data it is able to store in the monitor. It will hit a point (3-4 months of data) where it can no longer save data in the monitor. If this were to happen in the middle of the cycle, you'd have to go into your readings and delete them one by one (you'd probably begin deleting the first data entered in the monitor) in the monitor to preserve your current cycle's data, instead of being able to delete all past data saved in the monitor. You would need to delete past data in order to be able to save your more current data. This could be frustrating and inconvenient.

Here is my recommendation: Once you have saved 2-3 months of data in your monitor - it's a good idea to delete what you have in there before starting a new cycle. Feel free to contact me or Fairhaven Health for info on how to use the OvaGraph fertility charting software to store your data on your computer! Deleting the information also will refresh your monitor and start again as if it were new! I just don't want any of you to run into the issue of it not saving data once you are in the middle of a cycle. Does that make sense? I hope so!
