Cycle Day 20 - 1/19/2011

Hello!

Well, we've officially hit the "boring" part of my cycle. Now, as I type that, I realize that for most of you, this is definitely not the boring part but the more stressful part...the two-week wait. I'm just using the OvaCue as an educational tool so I am the "expert" on the product. Well, and of course because I am just fascinated with women's health and I want to know mine the best I can! Luckily, I just love testing out the products to really understand how they are used and I think it really helps when explaining how to use them to our customers.

I have had a couple women email me recently about the timing of taking readings. It's important that you take your oral readings around the same time each morning, and same goes for the vaginal sensor. Do your best to shoot for the same time each day. I always take my oral reading first thing in the morning (this can vary a bit on the weekends), and my vaginal readings around dinner time...granted, I am a late dinner eater because I tend to have tennis in the evenings. Taking readings at the same time each day will ensure the most accurate results!

Anyways, I'll post my data tomorrow with all the updates.
