All that data!
I ordered this monitor after a friend suggested it and I'm so glad I did! I have PCOS and as anyone with that condition will attest, half the battle of even trying to conceive is knowing what the heck is going on with your body. I found tracking BBT alone did not give me a lot of clarity about whether I ovulated or when, as there is nothing regular about my cycles that would allow me to guess ovulation day based on the previous cycle. With this monitor, you know in advance of ovulation and the information about the selection of a secondary follicle is vital for PCOS. I spent some time really learning what the monitor is tracking and I feel like I really know what is going on with my body now, for perhaps the first time since I was diagnosed. I feel like my chances of conceiving are better with this monitor and the data it gives me is such a peace of mind that I'm actually able to relax each month and keep trying!
Data! So much data! So much useful data!
Wonderful community on the message boards- supportive and very informative
Saving money over buying OPKs every month (which don't always work with PCOS and certainly don't help with the secondary fertility issue)
It's a little clunky to have to swap out all the leads in the morning in the dark (I also bought the temperature attachment, so I take oral and BBT readings in the morning). I solved with with a bit of grippy/sticky material you're supposed to put on cellphones- a small piece of that on the correct side of the micro USB of each lead lets me feel the right way to plug it in in the dark, so not a big deal.
