Shipping Policy
At Fairhaven Health, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. Orders received by 12pm EST will ship the same-day they are received. Shipping options include:
USPS First Class Mail - Free On All Orders, U.S. & Canada Only
Delivery time is typically between 2-5 business days. Occasionally orders to Canada may take longer to arrive due to delays with customs processing. USPS First Class Shipping is provided free of charge for all orders.
USPS Priority Mail - Free on OvaCue orders, U.S. Only
Delivery is typically between 1-3 business days although it may occasionally take an additional business day.
*Please note USPS shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed as some exceptions may apply (i.e. delivery to rural areas or peak holiday traffic).
FedEx Overnight - $24.95, U.S. Orders Only
Typically overnight delivery. Please note: Orders received by 12pm EST (9am PST) will ship out on the same day they are received Monday thru Friday. Overnight orders do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays and FedEx will not deliver to a PO box.
International Express Mail - $29.95, All Non-U.S. Orders
Delivery time is typically between 3-7 business days. Available to all countries served by Fairhaven Health including expedited orders to Canada. Please note: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions.
Return Policy
To exchange product in case of damaged merchandise or a broken tamper-resistant seal, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required. To request an RMA, contact: info@fairhavenhealth.com.
An RMA may also be requested for products purchased within 30 days that are unopened with safety seals intact. Please note a standard 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.

The company manufactures all Cue products in its Aurora, Colorado facility and each one is tested, sanitiized and sealed, before it is shipped. Every Cue is guaranteed to be free from defects for one year after purchase.
Zetek holds a patent on the Electrolyte Method™ and the Cue™ family of devices that predict and confirm ovulation by measuring electrolytes in saliva and vaginal fluid.
